1 cup plain yogurt, drained (I start with a couple of cups not measured and dump it on paper towels in a strainer for about 30 minutes and then measure out a cup)
1 cup butter melted
2 cups self rising flout
2 tsp dill
couple of dashes of cayenne
couple of dashes of garlic powder
1/2 pound hot sausage browned and drained
1 cup cheddar cheese

Mix yogurt and butter. Add remaining ingredients and mix with a spoon. Spoon into mini muffin cups and bake at 400 for 12-14 minutes.
