2 sticks butter or oleo
9 oz. cream cheese
3 cups flour
Filling
1 cup chopped pecans
3.4 cup brown sugar
1 Db. melted butter or oleo
1 beaten egg

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together oleo, flour and cream cheese. Refrigerate at least 1 to 2 hours. Roll unto walnut size balls. Press into mini cupcake pans that are sprayed with Pam. Press into cups bottom and sides with Pamper Chefs tart maker or press in with finger. Mix filling and fill each cup about 1/2 full.Bake in 325' oven for 25 minutes. Let cool before removing from the pans.

I make 40 dozen of these for my kids Christmas plated that they take to work. Cherry Pie filling, Apricot or almond paste tastes great also.
