4 c flour
1 3/4 c shortening
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt


2 tbsp vinegar
1 egg
1/2 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients with fork. Add vinegar and water. Mix with fork until moist, then knead. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes. Can be refrigerated up to 3 days. Makes about 4 single crusts.
