Romaine or curly leaf lettuce
4 stalks celery, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c slivered almonds, sugared

DRESSING:
1/4 c wine vinegar
1/4 c sugar
1/2 c vegetable oil
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
To sugar almonds, put in a skillet over medium heat with 2 T. sugar and stir until sugar melts and almonds are coated. Watch carefully.

Combine salad ingredients. Combine dressing ingredients and combine all.
