2 (10 ounce) packages of frozen spinach cooked and very well drained
2 c packaged stuffing mix
1 c grated parmesan cheese
6 eggs, beaten
c softened butter
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the ingredients and mix well. Roll in hands to form balls. Freeze.

Bake while still frozen at 350 for 10 minutes.
