1 3oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
5 eggs, divided
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp. cracked pepper
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. chopped fresh chives
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add 2 eggs; beat until smooth. Add remaining 3 eggs, milk, pepper, and salt. Beat until blended. Stir in chives.

Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet. Add egg mixture and cook over medium-low heat, without stirring, until egg mixture begins to set on bottom. Add cheese and bacon and continue cooking until cheese melts and eggs are firm.

Serve immediately.
