3 lg. Cracker Bread; 3 (8 oz.) light cream cheese; 2 mango chutney; 1 bag baby spinach; 2 lbs. roast beef, thinly sliced, mayonnaise.

Directions:
Directions:
2 days before serving: mix cream cheese & chutney. 1 day before serving: smear cracker bread with 1/3 cream cheese mixture, 1/3 roast beef, spread a little mayo over the roast beef and top with spinach. Roll up & wrap in Saran Wrap. Refrigerate overnight. Slice and serve.
