1 Brie wheel; 1 frozen puff pastry sheet (thawed); 2 Tbsp. Pesto; 2/3 c. chopped Sun-dried tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Roll out 1 puff pastry sheet. Slice Brie wheel so you have 2 circles. On 1 half of Brie, spread pesto and sun-dried tomatoes. Place other circle on top like a sandwich. Put Brie on top of pastry sheet and wrap dough around Brie. Cut off excess dough. Brush with egg and put in deep dish baker for 20 minutes. Serve with sliced Baguette bread.
