1 Brie wheel; 1/2 c. brown sugar; 1/2 c. chopped pecans; 1 frozen puff pastry sheet (thawed); 1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Roll out pastry sheet on floured surface. Slice Brie wheel in half, so you have 2 full circles. On 1 half of Brie, spread brown sugar and pecans. Place other half on top like a sandwich. Sprinkle a little brown sugar in the middle of the pastry sheet and then place Brie on top. Wrap dough around Brie and trim off excess dough. Place in deep dish baker. Brush dough with scrambled egg. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve with sliced baguette bread, sliced green apples, &/or crackers.
