12 slices bacon fried crisp
2/3 cup butter
2/3 cup all purpose flour
7 cups milk
4 large potatoes (baked), peeled and cubed
4 green onions (chopped)
1 cup sour cream
1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Fry bacon until crispy; crumble and set aside.
Melt butter in 6-8 qt pot over medium heat.
Using whisk, stir in flour until blended
Add milk gradually allowing mixture to thicken.
Let simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Add sour cream and cheese and stir until melted.
Add remaining ingredients.
