1 pkg bulk maple flavored sausage
1/3 c chopped green peppers
10 eggs
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 can refrigerated biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375. In a large skillet, brown sausage and peppers; drain well. Beat eggs in a large bowl. Stir in cheese and sausage mixture. Separate biscuits and press into the bottom of a 13x9-inch baking dish. Pour sausage mixture over biscuits. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes or until egg mixture is set and crust is deep golden brown.
Cool 5 minutes before serving.
