5 lb bag of baking potatoes
8 oz sour cream
1 c mayonnaise
c chopped pearl onions
1 container of real bacon bits
1/2 c melted butter
1 oz envelope Ranch Dressing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Scrub potatoes and bake for 1 hour or until done. Let cool, peel and cut into chunks.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add potatoes and toss gently. Spoon into 13x9x2 inch baking dish and bake 40-45 minutes or until hot and bubbly. I added 1 cup of shredded cheese the last minute or so, just enough to melt it.
