1 EGG
1/2 CUP BARBECUE SAUCE (YOUR FAVORITE)
SALT & PEPPER
1 LB. GROUND BEEF

BEAT CORNFLAKES,EGG AND 1/4 CUP OF THE BARBECUE SAUCE AND SALT/PEPPER.
ADD GROUND BEEF AND MIX ONLY TO COMBINE. SHAPE INTO 4 OVAL PATTIES ABOUT 3/4 INCH THICK. PLACE IN SHALLOW PAN. BRUSH PATTIES WITH REMAINING BQ SAUCE. BAKE 375 FOR 25 MINUTES FOR MEDIUM DONE. SHORTEN OR LENGTHEN BAKING TIME ACCORDING TO PREFERENCE.
