1/2 stick margarine
4 eggs
2/3 c. cold milk
2/3 c.flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
pinch of salt
1 Tbsp. soft butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Place 1/4 stick of margarine in each of 2 round cake pans 8 or 9". Place pans in oven while it is heating.
Whip eggs; blend in milk, flour, salt, soft butter & sugar.
Pour batter in pans over melted margarine.
Bake 20 min. at 400 then 10 min at 350.
