1 1/4 C. ITALIAN DRY BREAD CRUMBS

BRUSH CHICKEN ON ALL SIDES WITH MAYO.
PLACE BREAD CRUMBS IN PLASTIC BAG; ADD CHICKEN ONE PIECE AT A TIME. SHAKE TO COAT WELL AND ARRANGE IN SINGLE LAYER ON RACK IN BROILER PAN. BAKE IN OVEN AT 425 FOR 40 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN,.
