1 Head Iceberg Lettuce
4 Hard Boiled Eggs, Sliced
1 Cup Chopped Celery
1 10 oz. Package uncooked frozen peas
1/2 Cup Diced Green Pepper (opt.)
1 Sweet Red Onion, Chopped
1 lb. Bacon, Cooked and Crumbled
4 oz. Grated Cheddar Cheese
2 Cups Mayonaise mixed with 2 Tbls. Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In bottom of large glass bowl place chopped lettuce. Layer eggs, standing up on edge. Layer in order: Celery, Peas, Green Pepper, Onion, Bacon, and Cheese. Spread Mayonaise over top sealing to the edge of bowl. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours or overnight. Toss before serving.

This was originally named Sarah's Salad until my Grandson Christopher asked me who Sarah was and I didn't know. He loves this salad so he renamed it "Swag Salad"
