RED WINE VINAIGRETTE:
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. sugar
3 T. red wine vinegar
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper

SALAD:
1 (20 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 package Raman noodles, broken and toasted (discard seasoning packet)
10 oz. spring salad mix (2 bags)
4 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
1 c. pecan halves, toasted
1/2 c. dried cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
For the Vinaigrette, combine the oil, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and seal tightly. Shake to blend. Chill.

For the salad, toss the salad mix with the remaining ingredients. Add the vinaigrette and mix well. Serve immediately.
