1 lb chicken breast, diced
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms
1 tsp green pepper corn
4 tsp capers
1 c mayonnaise
1 lemon, juiced
chopped parsley
salt and pepper
1 c mixed salad greens
1 egg
1 tomato
cucumbers, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Dice cooked and boned chicken breast.
Clean and slice mushrooms.
Mix all ingredients together
Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper
Dish out and garnish with mesclum mix, eggs, cucumber, and tomato wedges.
