1/2 cup soft margarine
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup sour milk
2 cups raw, grated zucchini
2 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves (I use 1/4 tsp.)
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda

Cream margarine oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, sour milk. Beat well. Add dry ingredients, mix well. Stir in Zucchini. Put in bundt pan. Sprinkle with 1/4 c. nuts (optional) and 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips. bake 45 min. to 1 hour at 325.

This was my favortie cake that my mom made, with the chocolate chips on the bottom. She knew how to make so many things with zuchini and that is now one of my favorite things to grow in our garden and cook and bake with!
