1 large head broccoli
1 1/2 tbsp salt
1 lb cavatelle,penne or rigatoni
1/2 cup olive oil
1 1/2 cans anchovy fillets in olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Boil macaroni and broccoli in salted water until macaroni is al dente. Stir several times during cooking to prevent sticking.

Meanwhile,over gentle heat cook olive Oil and anchovy together,including oil from 1 can of anchovy. Anchovies will desolve completely in oil forming sauce.

Drain macaroni without over draining (it should be still moist and dripping a little). Transfer to warm bowl. Toss macaroni and broccoli with anchovy sauce. Serve immediately.
