4 tbsp oleo
1 regular onion, chopped
1 lb round steak, cut into strips
1 1/2 tbsp flour
salt and pepper
1 can mushroom soup
3 oz sour cream
noodles, cooked
small can mushroom pieces

Fry onion and steak in oleo until brown. Remove from pan. Mix flour salt, pepper, and soup. Add meat mixture to pan and simmer 15 min. Mix noodles and mushrooms. Season with salt and garlic to taste. Fold sour cream into meat mixture and serve over noodles. Add a little water if dry.
