1 Cup Shortening
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Small Can Crushed pineapple, drained
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Cup Nuts
1 TSP Baking Soda
3 Cups Flour

Cream together shortening, brown sugar, white sugar, eggs & pineapple. Add vanilla, nuts, soda and flour. Drop onto cookies sheets.

Bake 350 10 to 12 minutes

Frost with orange frosting glaze. Powdered sugar & orange juice.
