6 eggs
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 T. vanilla extract
2 T. anise extract
3 1/2 cups flour
4 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat pizzelle iron.
Beat eggs, adding sugar gradually. Beat until smooth. Add oil, and extracts. Sift flour and baking powder and add to egg mixture. Dough will be sticky enough to be dropped by a teaspoon onto the pizzelle iron. Hold the iron together for 10-20 seconds until the batter is lightly browned. Remove and allow to cool on a wire rack. Store in a metal container.
