1 can (16 oz) refried beans
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
8 flour tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beans, 1/2 cup salsa and chili powder in saucepan. Heat about 5 minutes over medium heat until warm.

Spoon about 1/4 cup bean mixture onto center of tortilla; spread slightly. Top with lettuce and cheese. Roll up tortilla.

Serve with additional salsa.
