1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons green pepper sauce
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon parsley
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400.

Combine mayonnaise and pepper sauce in pie plate.

Mix bread crumbs, cheese and parsley in shallow bowl.

Dip each chicken breast into mayonnaise mixture, then in bread crumb mixture, coating well.

Place chicken on baking sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes.
