1 unbaked pie shell
1 lb pork sausage
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1 cup evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350

In skillet, fry sausage until brown; drain, reserving 2 tablespoons of fat. Remove sausage.

Saute onion 2-3 minutes.

Mix sausage with cheese, flour and onion. Spread in pie shell.

Mix remaining ingredients and pour into shell.

Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
