3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs beaten
1 can pumpkin (2 c)
3 1/2 flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
2/3 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease two loaf pans. Combine sugar and oil, stir in eggs and pumpkin. Sift together flour, baking powder and soda with salt and spices. Add to egg mixture alternately with water. Beat well. Pour into two greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hr and 10 minutes. Cool onb rack in pans for 15 minutes. turn out of pans and cool completely.
