2 c. flour
1 c. buttermilk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix with fork. Knead to make round. Melt butter in pan get pan hot. Low heat. Spread dough in pan (like a pancake). Cut into quarters. Cook covered for 10 minutes. Turn over and cook for 10 more minutes.
