6 eggs beaten
2 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. peeled and shredded zucchini (add last)
4 c. sugar
6 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, oil and vanilla. Then gradually mix in remainbing ingredients except for zucchini. Batter will be thick. Ad shredded zuccini last. Pour into 3 large loaf pans. Bake 325 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
