1 can Cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1/2 c milk
1 1/2 c fish or poultry, cooked and chopped, or canned
2 c cooked noodles or rice
1 can peas, green beans, or frozen mixed veggies
2 tbsp buttered bread crumbs, cornflakes, or stuffing

Directions:

Blend soup and milk. Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
