1 head lettuce, chopped
1/2 head califlower, in tiny florets
Small chopped onion
Mayonaise
1/4 c sugar
Parmesan cheese
1/2 lb bacon, fried, drained, and crumbled
1 c cashews

Directions:
Directions:
Cover lettuce, cauliflower, and onion with mayo. Sprinkle sugar on top. Sprinkle layer of cheese. Crumble bacon on top. Toss. Just before serving, stir in cashews, and toss again.
