3 c. flour
3 pkg. instant dry yeast
1/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. instant dry milk
1 tbsp. salt
3 c. warm water
4 tbsp. soft butter
3 jumbo eggs (5 lg. eggs)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, yeast, sugar, dry milk, and salt with electric mixer until blended. Add very warm water, butter, and eggs. Mix until smooth wiht mixer. Add flour by hand until dough is soft.Turn out on floured board and knead until dough is elastic, about 10 min. Put in greased bowl and turn grease both sides. Let rise, covered with waxed paper, in warm place for about 1 hr, or until doubled. Punch down. Divide into 4, place in greased pans and let rise until doubled. Bake at 400 for 25-30 min. Cool out of pans on rack.
