1 1/2 c. boiling water 1 stick butter 1 (8 oz) cheese whiz 1 can cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup 1 1/2 c. minute rice 20 oz frozen broccoli cuts
Boil water and add butter until melted. Add broccoli and boil for 3 minutes. Add rice cover and let stand for 5 minutes, turn off heat. Add cheese whiz and soup. Sprinkle chips on top. Bake covered at 350º for 45 minutes.
