1/2 c. chopped onion
2 ibs. hash browns (thawed)
1 16 oz. container sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 C grated sharp cheddar
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. melted butter

topping
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. crushed cornflakes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1st group of ingredients in a 9x13 pan or two 8x8 (greased). Cover with cornflake topping and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Can be prepared at night and cooked next day (also can be froozen uncooked, remove from freezer and cook when desired)
