3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp flour
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple
4 slices bread

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat eggs, sugar, and flour. Mix in can of pinapple and pour into greased casserole. 2. Cube slices of buttered bread, put on top. 3. Cover and bake at 400 for 45 min. Can be made night before.
