1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2-3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2-3 tsp. ginger
2 c, brown sugar
2 c. rolled oats
1/4 c. veg oil
2 tbs. milk
1 egg
3/4 c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Lightly grease a baking sheet. Stir together in bowl flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger. Add brown packed sugar and oats. Mix in thoroughly oil, milk, and egg. Stir in walnut. Drop dough in tsp about 2 inches apart. Bake for about 10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack,
