3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. ice water
1 c. crisco

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder and salt; stir to mix. Remove 1/2 c. of the mixture to small bowl; mix with ice water till smooth. Cut shortening into remaining flour mixture until mixture resembles cornmeal; mmix in flour water mixtur until well blended. Shape into ball. Refreg. while preparing filling Divide in half and roll out. (use very little extra flour).
