1 pkg. rice pilaf
2 jars marinated artichoke hearts, undrained
1 cooked chicken breast, cubed
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/4 tsp. or dash of curry
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. green pepper, diced

Cook the rice and chicken and cool. Add the other ingredients and mix. Serve cold.
