6 3/4 c of flour
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 1/3 c. packed light brown sugar
1 c margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together dry ingredients in a large bowl. Combine light corn syrup, margarine and brown sugar in a saucepan and heat on medium until margarine is melted. Pour the syrup mixture into the flour mixture and stir well. Chill the dough about 1 hr or until the dough is room temp. According to the recipe, bake 12 to 15 mn at 350 degrees. However, I powered temp to 200 and more than doubled the baking time.
