1 1/3 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 c. margerine
8-12 peach halves (canned or fresh)
1/4 c. sugar combined with 1 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg beaten
1 c. sour cream, sour milk, yogurt or combo

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Comine flour, baking powder, salt, 2 tbsp sugar. Cut in margerine. Pat mixture over bottom sides of 9 inch pie pan. Arrange in pastry; 8-12 peach halves. Sprinkle with sugar & cinnamon mix. Bake for 15 minutes. Combine 1 beaten egg and 1 c. sour cream. Pour over peaches. Bake 30 minutes longer.
