2 c. plain yogurt
1/2 c. honey
2 c. crushed strawberries
juice of one lemon
2 egg whites or 1 c heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine yogurt, honey, fruit, and lemon juice in mixing bowls. Pour mixture into two metal cake pans. Place in freezer till semifrozen. Beat egg whites or cream till stiff. Turn yogurt fruit mixture into a bowl; beat slightly. Fold in beaten egg whites of whipped cream. Return sherbert to freezer until firm.
