5 tart apples
1 9 inch unbaked pastry shell
1/4 c sugar
2/4 tsp cinnamon
1/3 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
6 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pare apples. 2. Core and cut in eighths. 3. Arrange in unbaked pastry shell 4. Mix 1/4 c. sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over apples.
Topping
5, Mix 1/3 vc. sugar. 6. Cut in butter til crumbly 7. Sprinkle over apples. 8. Bake at 400 for 35-40 minutes or until done. 9. If pie browns too quickly, cover edge with foil
