4 squares (1oz each) unsweetened chocolate 1/2 c. butter or margarine 2 tsp vanilla 2 c. confectioners sugar 2 tbsp. hot water
Melt 4 squares of chocolate over hot water, remove from heat. Cream softened butter until light and fuffy, blend in chocolate and 3 tsp vanilla extract; gradually beat in 2 c. confectioners' sugar alternately with 2 tbsp. hot water until smooth
