1 clove garlic grated
3 tablespoon chopped anchovies or anchovy paste
3 tablespoons chopped green onions
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons tarragon wine vinegar
˝ cup sour cream
1/3 cup chopped parsley
Salt and coarse black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine in order given; Use coarsely torn mixed greens - romaine, chicory, escarole and leaf lettuce. Toss, add more salt and pepper if needed. Pour dressing over greens, toss again, serve chilled.
