Ingredients:  
1 package 16 oz. salad macaroni
1 - 2 oz. can chopped olives
1 small jar pimiento
2 or 3 stalks of celery
1 medium onion
cup chopped parsley
Mayonnaise (Best Foods)
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Salt
3 - 4 hard cooked eggs
Juice of of lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni until tender and drain well. Meanwhile chop together celery, onion and parsley. Add to macaroni in large bowl. Add chopped olives and pimiento. Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Chop eggs and add to mixture. Mix through with mayonnaise to your taste. Squeeze lemon juice over all and mix thoroughly. Chill and serve.
