4 potatoes medium sliced
2 cups milk
1 onion
4 slices bacon
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon salt
╝ teaspoon paprika
1 cup grated American cheese
1 teaspoon worcestshire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and dice potatoes and boil in small amount of salted water. Fry bacon until crisp, remove from pan and drain. Heat milk in double boiler. Chop and sautÚ onion together with parsley in bacon fat, add flour, blend and add to milk. Crumble bacon, add to milk, add potatoes and worcestshire sauce and grated cheese.
