1 lb. can julienne beets
1 can condensed onion soup
soup can water
teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Dash of sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup sour cream
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beets with own liquid to onion soup, water salt, pepper and sugar. Cook on low heat until mixture boils. Remove from heat let cool and add lemon juice. Beat in egg and sour cream and serve.
