12 red potatoes, quartered
2 cloves of garlic, peeled
1/3 cup dijon mustard
1/3 cup margarine or butter
2 Tbsp parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Steam Potatoes with garlic cloves.

Melt margarine in small pot. Add in mustard and parsley. Use a whisk to blend well. Pour over hot potatoes and toss. Serve while hot.
