Angel food cake
3 oz.Jell-o orange, lime and strawberry
vanilla ice cream
10 oz. frozen strawberries (sliced)
1 large can mandarin oranges (drained)
1 large can blueberries (drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Tear angel food cake apart in small pieces
Place in 3 bowls. Pour powdered Jell-o over each and mix thoroughly. In 2-part tube cake pan, put in orange Jell-o cake, spread mandarin oranges over the cake. Then, spread 1/3 ice cream. Repeat with lime cake, blueberries and 1/3 ice cream and then strawberry cake, strawberries and 1/3 ice cream.
Cover with plastic wrap and place in freezer. When ready to serve, let thaw and flip it out on a clear cake plate. A wonderful cake to serve at a ladies' luncheon!

This was a favorite of my grandmothers. We always had this cake at family parties in the Spring and Summer.
