2 cans Corn - any combination 1 whole kernal, 1 creamed, or 2 creamed. Your choice.
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
8 oz sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 2 qt greased, baking or casserole dish. Bake 1 hour.
